1. Digital Product Policy

All of our products are delivered electronically (e.g., documents, templates, consultancy materials). Once downloaded or accessed, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once the file has been delivered or the download has started, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.

3. Exceptions

We may offer a refund in rare cases, such as:

• You received a damaged or incorrect file
• The file failed to download and our support team is unable to provide a working version

Any exception will be handled at our sole discretion and must be requested within 3 days of purchase.
